Jos sinulla on k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6mi\u00e4 kertoja, ole meihin yhteydess\u00e4 (jooga@natha.fi) niin palautamme rahasi niilt\u00e4 osin.<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Harjoitus kest\u00e4\u00e4 90min, jonka j\u00e4lkeen voi halutessaan j\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4 30min meditaatioon.<\/p><h2>Miksi hathajoogaan?<\/h2><p>Erityisesti n\u00e4in\u00e4 aikoina on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 yll\u00e4pit\u00e4\u00e4 harmoniaa ja tasapainoa kehon, mielen ja tunteiden tasolla. Joogaperinteen mukaan terveellinen ruokavalio, rentoutuminen sek\u00e4 jooga-asanoiden ja meditaation s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llinen harjoittaminen auttavat yll\u00e4pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n hyv\u00e4\u00e4 terveytt\u00e4 ja vastustuskyky\u00e4 sek\u00e4 iloista ja optimistista mielentilaa. Tunneilla opit joogaperinteen klassisia fyysisi\u00e4 asentoja eli asanoita sek\u00e4 syv\u00e4n rentoutumisen tekniikan. Harjoitukset auttavat mm.:<\/p><ul><li>Rauhoittamaan mielt\u00e4<\/li><li>V\u00e4hent\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n stressi\u00e4<\/li><li>Yll\u00e4pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n fyysist\u00e4 liikkuvuutta<\/li><li>Lis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n elinvoimaa ja itseluottamusta<\/li><li>Ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ja huomioimaan muita<\/li><li>Kirkastamaan mielt\u00e4 ja parantamaan keskittymist\u00e4<\/li><\/ul><p>Hathajoogan harjoitukset tehd\u00e4\u00e4n rauhalliseen tahtiin, pyrkien mahdollisimman syv\u00e4\u00e4n rentoutumiseen ja mielen hiljent\u00e4miseen. Osallistuminen ei edellyt\u00e4 aikaisempaa kokemusta joogasta. Hathajooga-tunteja pit\u00e4v\u00e4t useat Nathan joogaopettajat, kukin vuorollaan.<\/p><h2>K\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n tietoa<\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgba(7, 14, 51, 0.78);\">Tunnille ei tarvitse ilmoittautua etuk\u00e4teen<\/span><\/h2><ul><li>Ensimm\u00e4inen kokeilukerta on maksuton, sen j\u00e4lkeen hinnaston mukaisesti (alla)<\/li><li>Joogamatot ovat salissa valmiina<\/li><li>Ota mukaan mukavat, joustavat vaatteet<\/li><li>\u00c4l\u00e4 sy\u00f6 isoa ateriaa kahteen tuntiin ennen joogaharjoituksen alkua<\/li><\/ul><p>Jokainen tunti rakentuu l\u00e4mmittelyharjoituksista, jooga-asanoista, syv\u00e4st\u00e4 loppurentoutuksesta sek\u00e4 meditaatioharjoituksista. Jooga-asanat vaihtelevat lempeiden ja rauhoittavien sek\u00e4 dynaamisten ja energisoivien harjoitusten v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Harjoitukset eiv\u00e4t edellyt\u00e4 aikaisempaa kokemusta joogasta ja niiss\u00e4 huomioidaan kunkin osallistujan yksil\u00f6llisyys. Jooga-asanat p\u00e4\u00e4tet\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ydelliseen syv\u00e4rentoutukseen joka edelleen syvent\u00e4\u00e4 joogaliikkeiden vaikutuksia. Kehon rentoutuessa syv\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavalla olemuksessamme tapahtuu sek\u00e4 fyysist\u00e4 ett\u00e4 psyykkist\u00e4 latautumista. Tunnin lopuksi on viel\u00e4 mahdollisuus j\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4 meditoimaan yhdess\u00e4, ohjatusti.<\/p><p>Noin kerran kuukaudessa sunnuntaisin on my\u00f6s tarjolla parijoogaa jossa joogaharjoituksia tehd\u00e4\u00e4n yhdess\u00e4 parin kanssa. Pari voi olla kumppanisi, yst\u00e4v\u00e4si vai vaikkapa kurssitoverisi. T\u00e4ten parijooga ei ole rajoitettu vain pariskunnille.
