Siit\u00e4, mit\u00e4 sen j\u00e4lkeen tapahtuu on jokaisella kulttuurilla ja ihmisell\u00e4 omat uskomuksensa.<\/p><p>Bardo-jooga on yksi Tiibetin vajrayana-polun ns. Naropan kuudesta joogasta (dharmasta), jotka kaikki t\u00e4ht\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t valaistumiseen. Valmistavina vaiheina bardo-joogaan ovat\u00a0 mm. unenn\u00e4\u00f6n jooga ja phowa.<\/p><p>Kuoleman taito ja el\u00e4m\u00e4n taito liittyv\u00e4t l\u00e4heisesti toisiinsa (esim. l\u00e4nsimaiset k\u00e4sitteet Ars Moriendi ja Ars Vivendi).<\/p><p>Johdantona aiheeseen vertailemme muutamien perinteiden k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 kuolemasta ja perehdymme my\u00f6s modernin l\u00e4\u00e4ketieteen ja psykologian tutkimuksiin kuoleman prosessista (mm. NDE). Sitten tutustumme Tiibetil\u00e4isen vajrayana-perinteen ja sen klassisen Bardo Thodol -teoksen kuvauksiin kuoleman vaiheista ja siihen, miten voimme n\u00e4iss\u00e4 auttaa kuolevaa tai \u00e4skett\u00e4in kuollutta l\u00e4heist\u00e4mme sek\u00e4 itse\u00e4mme (t\u00e4ss\u00e4 el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 ja sen j\u00e4lkeen). Teemme aiheeseen liittyvi\u00e4 meditaatioita ja harjoituksia.<\/p><p>Ty\u00f6pajan ensimm\u00e4inen tavoite on ymm\u00e4rryksen avulla h\u00e4lvent\u00e4\u00e4 kuolemanpelkoa ja n\u00e4in vapauttaa meit\u00e4 el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4ydemmin. L\u00e4heisen ihmisen kuoleman yhteydess\u00e4 on my\u00f6s suureksi avuksi tiet\u00e4\u00e4 kuinka voimme auttaa h\u00e4nt\u00e4 kaikissa kuoleman vaiheissa.<\/p><p>Syvemp\u00e4n\u00e4 tavoitteena Vajrayana-opastus korostaa sit\u00e4, kuinka fyysisest\u00e4 kehosta lopullisesti irtaantuminen paljastaa todellisen luontomme, alastoman tietoisuutemme perustan ja kuinka meille n\u00e4in tarjoutuu eritt\u00e4in otollisia tilaisuuksia vapautua kokonaan kaikesta illuusiosta.<\/p><p><strong>Ty\u00f6paja on tarkoitettu kaikille jooga-, tantra- ja shaivismikurssien nykyisille tai aiemmille
