Joogan parantavat vaikutukset alkavat hienovaraisilta tasoilta ja ilmenev\u00e4t lopulta kukoistuksena ja elinvoimana fyysisess\u00e4 kehossa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty\u00f6pajaan on koottu joogamenetelmi\u00e4, joiden yhteisen\u00e4 nimitt\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 on niiden uudistava ja eheytt\u00e4v\u00e4 vaikutus \u2013 kehossa, mieless\u00e4 ja olemuksen syvimmill\u00e4 tasoilla. L\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtana on itsetuntemuksen lis\u00e4\u00e4minen ja oman kehon tarpeiden tunnistaminen. N\u00e4in voi luoda itselleen kulloinkin sopivan harjoituksen. Asanoita l\u00e4hestyt\u00e4\u00e4n erityisesti hoitavasta n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta, ja yksinkertaisia rentoutumis- ja hengitysharjoituksia tehd\u00e4\u00e4n useita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joogan n\u00e4kemyksen mukaan terveys ja hyvinvointi rakentuu mielen tasolta k\u00e4sin. Ty\u00f6paja my\u00f6s tuo esiin positiivisten tunteiden, kuten lempeyden, my\u00f6t\u00e4tunnon ja anteeksiannon merkityst\u00e4 terveyden yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen kannalta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty\u00f6paja pidet\u00e4\u00e4n Jooga- ja tantrakoulu Nathalla sunnuntaina 27.3.2022 klo 14 \u2013 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty\u00f6paja on avoin kaikille, osallistua voivat sek\u00e4 kokeneemmat joogit ett\u00e4 vasta-alkajat. Opettajana toimii Ghaada Mironescu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ty\u00f6pajaan tarvitaan mukavat vaatteet. Raskaasta ateriasta on hyv\u00e4 olla n 2 tuntia aikaa.
