Through prayer we turn our attention towards God and invoke his presence in our heart. Having done this, we may express to him our regrets, fears, sorrows, needs, dreams, and hopes. God can be like a friend to us, a friend with whom we share our deepest secrets. He can also be a mother, a father, a lover, or the infinite source of everything. These are all different ways of relating to the divine.<\/p><p>As our souls awaken, we may use prayer to express our love for God and our gratitude for the spiritual gifts that we receive from him. We may even want to join the angels in singing \u201dglory to God\u201d. At the deepest level, prayer becomes the silent communion of our soul with the source of Being.<\/p><p>In this workshop, you will learn about the variety of forms for prayer. The workshop is practically oriented. We will pray together, talk about the \u201dhow\u201d of praying, and share experiences that we have had in prayer. You will also learn about how to be more present when praying ready-made prayers. Finally, the workshop will be a perfect inspirational environment for writing (in your own language) your own, personal prayer.<\/p><p>Registration: registration by paying the fee on our website.
